Off-Campus Placement ✍️
For me, the goal was clear to get a Job but where and How in my college there isn't any campus placement so I surf the internet luckily I got to know that you should be having relevant skills and a good LinkedIn profile before applying for any job. For off-campus placements, you should be very good for with asking referrals because that's the thing that will give you a better push than other candidates. I found one guy on LinkedIn who gave me a referral and my resume was shortlisted.
My Interview Experience 👨💻
Like all other interviews, this was the same only but the only difference was that I got selected. There were two technical rounds, one was with the Senior Manager and the other was with Manager and Team Lead. And lastly, there was an HR round also for other discussions. I conquered the interview and the next day was a beautiful day in my life when I received an offer letter.
My First 3 Months as a Cloud Specialist 💻
Getting into your first job is something that you dream of and I can proudly say one of my dreams comes true three months back. Working remotely is a little difficult for fresher but when you have management like Hyland there is nothing to worry about.
In the last three months, I have learned so many things from my manager, leads, and seniors as well as from my colleagues. I have cleared my probation with ease and also although I was very nervous before, the journey I completed was proof that I am worthy to clear my probation period.
